We received an excellent 5* service and in particular Terrie. She oversaw the whole process and had a detailed knowledge of procedures whilst working with an extremely difficult developer. Initial valuation of the site, marketing of properties, finding buyers and overseeing the process until completion. All the time keeping us fully informed all the way. They were not the cheapest but as the saying goes you get what you pay for so overall value for money. We have other developments in the pipeline and would ask for Terrie to be allocated to the project. Overall excellent.

Laurence couldn’t have been more helpful in our dealings with him. He consistently returned our calls and no issue was too small or large to be dealt with. Laurence also worked hard on the day of completion to ensure we were able to move into our house, despite numerous obstacles which could have been extremely stressful for us, with a young family.
