Finding a property is very challenging these days, but If knew about Homelink Lettings, I wouldn’t have wasted my time.
First time I contacted Homelink Lettings they offered me a property in Newport which was excellent. The reality is even better than the pictures, Amalia was such a pleasant person to deal with, efficient, helpful and fast in response.
All procedure went to quick and trouble free, she always supports by email, SMS, and follow up and reminders, never have to worry about anything.
For me it is very important that an agent is friendly to deal with, and that is exactly what I enjoyed with Amalia, I was very lucky.

Amalia and Homelink lettings managed the property we rented in Newport. They were always very courteous and gave a good amount of notice for home inspections. When it came to conducting viewings they were understanding and accommodated us to organise times that would suit all parties.

Amalia and her team managed two HMOs for us in Newport for 2/3 years, in that time she has gone over and above in every aspect.
Whe property has been well kept and tenants looked after, nothing was too much trouble.
When eventually deciding to sell the propertys she was very helpfull and we could have done it without her.
